Jaguars Reportedly Have Foles on Trade Block

Nick Foles and his $88 million contract could be heading somewhere else next season. ESPN's Dan Granziano and Jeremy Fowler reported that the Jacksonville Jaguars want to find a trade partner for Foles and start Gardner Minshew II.  The problem lies with his contract and how much teams would have to spend on him as well as the cap hit for Jacksonville. NFL Rules Committee Could Drop PI Replay Rule

The highly unpopular rule involving reviewing pass interference penalties might be on its way out. In a survey taken by NFL teams conducted by the NFL's Competition Committee, it seems to be in favor of letting go of the rule. 21 of the NFL teams said they were not in favor of the rule while only eight said yes they were in favor. 17 teams said they were not in favor of the rule being extended for one more season.
